American Academy of Palliative Care Inc. (also referred to as “the Company” or “AAPC”), has been organized in the state of California and owns the full territorial rights to the “American Academy of Palliative Care Inc.” name brand.

AAPC’s will form strategic relationships with major Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) such as Blue Cross, Pacific Care and Secure Horizon to generate a high volume of referrals. Secure Horizon alone has about 1.8 million Medicare qualified patients and will be one of the first companies that AAPC will target. AAPC will attract these organizations by delivering 30% in long term net savings by preventing unnecessary hospitalizations. AAPC is confident it can create long-lasting and profitable relationships these businesses with these initiatives. By providing excellent service, experienced, friendly staff and a wide variety of care options, AAPC intends to become the leading hospice and care provider in California and beyond.

To reach its goals by 2022, AAPC is seeking 4 qualified EB-5 Investors to join its program. Its EB5 program target markets will include citizens from the following countries and cities: Riyadh, Dubai, Kuwait, Kabul, Guangzhou, Singapore, Rio De Janeiro, Qatar, Vietnam and Bahrain

AAPC is offering a unique investment opportunity to its investors by locating, establishing, remodeling, managing, and subsequently providing support, and guidance for each new location throughout the United States.

The first hospice will be located in Pasadena, California. The hospice will require 4 qualified EB-5 investors who will each will be providing $500,000 in capital to an investment holding Company which will loan a total of $2 million to AAPC. AAPC will pay the investment holding entity an annual interest of 5% paid quarterly.

Therefore, the hospice in conjunction with AAPC will be formed to engage in the development, remodeling, and establishment of its first location; with the ultimate intent of spreading awareness and demand for AAPC’s high quality hospice and palliative care services. Once established, its hospice will serve the needs and demands of those in the “end of life” stage of their lives as well as the needs of their caregivers and families.
